The Victorian buildings opposite Paignton Railway Station have been in poor condition for some years, now a developer is applying for permission to demolish them.
The developer's vision is to create a development called Victoria Heights with a mix of residential apartments on the upper floors and retain commercial units on the ground floor.
What's your view?
Keep them and try to find a use for them or accept the argument they are beyond repair and should be demolished?
