The Leonard Stocks Centre at Factory Row is a 24-hour supported hostel service in Torquay that provides support to single homeless people and rough sleepers in Torquay. In addition to providing emergency accommodation, the Leonard Stocks Centre runs services to help develop life skills and self esteem, promote healthy living and to provide clients with the opportunity to discuss the challenges they face.
Kevin's donation of £300 is to help support the vital work of the outreach workers who make contact with those sleeping rough here in the Bay. As well as running drop-in sessions, the outreach workers enable those living on the street to access all of the services the Centre offers, such as shower/laundry facilities and a health breakfast, alongside those listed above.
